Killa Cloud... What i've been dealin' w/ the past couple months...

For the past couple months my cat Cloud has been a freakin' monster! He's been super hyper and hella curious about small open places haha. Here's just a few pics to show ya'll what i've been dealing w/ so far haha. Enjoy ;)

The face of a true runt...

What my eyes see first thing in the morning...

Cat in a sack...

Again...

Creepin' up...

Underwear bandit!

Don't know what kinda face that is... maybe he thinks he can camoflauge with it?

CAUGHT IN THE ACT...

His reply to it...

WTF!? Hahahaha...

We play chase around the house w/ each other and this is how it starts out...

Um... I see you...

Peek a boo!

The great thing about runnin' around the pad w/ him... he knocks out for a bit... THEN!

It's back to this Haha.

Hmmm... what to start off with?

Well let's see... It's 11:39am and I haven't eaten shit yet... I'm hungry... how about we start off with food. I enjoy cooking and presentation. To me, everything's all about lookin' good. Soooo... here we go!

First off, here's what I wish I could make... Oxtail soup exactly how the California Hotel makes it haha. Don't mind me all drunk in the pic trying to eat more than I could...

This is what I made recently. Japanese style Hamburger (Hambagu) patty...

The secret is in the steaming... the bread crumbs mixed w/ egg and milk forming a bread pudding like thickness expands and gives the patty a soft almost fluffy texture...

Gots to have the perfect rice (which always comes out perfect thanks to my roomies getting me a $135 Japanese brand rice cooker hehe) and Miso soup...

Sides consisting of chopped cabbage and carrots, Cupi mayo, daikon oroshi, and sauce made of ketchup and Worcestershire mixed.

Next up we got Japanese style pork tenderloin which I caught on camera here really well haha...

You know da deals... Miso soup and riggity rice...

Daikon oroshi is just delicious w/ rice... Here's the top view of my meal.

Mmmmmm... TNES syle Pastrami sub. I chopped up the pastrami and sauteed it w/ freshly minced garlic and pepper, grilled some onions, threw on some slices of cheddar cheese, popped it in the oven to toast then topped w/ mayo and mustard and a side of salt and vinegar potato chips...

Yummy...

Back to Japanese dishes. Here we have Buta Shogayaki which is thinly sliced pork marinated in fresh grated ginger, green onions, and soy sauce. Super easy to make and super good to eat!

Miso soup w/ tofu and rice as always...

The full shot... for some reason Cola tastes better in a glass on ice.

Last but not least for now... We have 2 dishes that my mama always made for me when she could. Sitaw adobo and Sinigang... Filipino food is sooooo delicious but most places don't present it nicely... soooooo, here's my attempt to make your mouth water...

Damn... check out the steam...

I created a technique to make the Adobo burst w/ flava ;)

I love veggies so I packed the Sinigang w/ it.
